Unit Crates Q&A

The unit crates are designed for early elementary children but can be adapted to use with preschoolers as well (just add more parent assistance!). Some of the units have an optional complementary preschool digital download pack with a variety of activities follow the theme of the unit in a developmentally-appropriate way. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED ALL OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SMALL PIECES THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 3 YEARS.

Unit crates include 20+ activities, 5 children’s books, an activity guide, and all the materials you need (unless a perishable item is required). Our units are built on specific themes and are an excellent added resource to a thematic unit.

Materials are prepped and provided for you (right down to the water cups for painting)! If an additional item is needed, such as a fresh ingredient, it will be noted in the guide for you.

Yes! We include a variety of activities that can be completed more than once and then tucked away for later.

Seasonal crates are released four times per year with new themes every time.

Unit crates are single purchase options with themes that have been developed using previous school age seasonal crates along with other popular areas of interest.

Great supplement to Explore the Woodlands.

These were great for keeping my 4-year-old engaged when I needed to focus on my 2nd graders homeschool lesson. She could sit with us and feel like she was a part of things, since big brother was working in the Woodlands crate and her printable matched the theme. E.

Great homeschool supplement to cure the boredom!
