Teaching children that all of these things are ok and that they are safe to experience them in your presence is of true importance.  

When you pack toys that can be used both on their own and in different combinations to inspire various kinds of play, you’re multiplying the play mileage and reducing how much you have to fit in your suitcase.

It’s worth noting that a nap is a welcome activity at any time, and I may hand out snacks at any point, too. 😉
